Description of indicator | This indicator represents International Health Regulations (IHR) capacity and health emergency preparedness. The International Health Regulations (IHR) is an international document published by the World Health Organization (WHO), which is binding on the states parties. WHO conducts an annual evaluation survey to the states parties to monitor the development of the IHC core capacities in various areas related to surveillance and intervention. This indicator shows the general core capacity level of the country. |

The score for each indicator level is classified as a percentage of performance on a scale of "1 to 5".
