Description of indicator | Average hourly gross wage is calculated as the division of gross wage in the reference month by monthly paid hours. Monthly gross wage includes the sum of monthly basic wages, over time payments, payments for shift work/night work and other regular payments paid to employees in the reference month by employers. Within the sectoral scope, wage earners in enterprises with 1 or more employees. Owners and partners working for dividends, unpaid employees, apprentices and trainees are not included. |
