Calculation | It is calculated by proportioning the persons with specified skills to the total individuals in the same age group. The 16-24 age group is calculated by proportioning the persons with specified skills to the total 16-24 age group and same is valid for the 16-74 age group. |
Comparability | Due to the changes made by the European Statistical Office in the questionnaire based on technological developments and needs, some questions are removed over time or new questions can be added to the survey. For this reason, there may be definitional differences according to years or some data are not collected after a certain year. |
