Description of indicator |
This indicator refers to the amount in United States dollars committed to public-private partnerships defined according to the Turkish Laws for infrastructure. Contract Value including the Investment and Transfer of Operating Rights (TOR) fees are given within this indicator.
Infrastructure term; energy, information and communication technology (ICT), transportation, solid waste and water (drinking water treatment and distribution and wastewater collection and distribution) components. Since there is no ICT-related project in Turkey yet, and water-related projects have just started, data are presented only within the scope of existing energy, transportation and solid waste projects. Three indicators are presented under this SKA indicator: a) Amount of US dollars allocated to Public Private Partnership (PPP) Energy Projects b) Amount of US Dollars allocated to Public Private Partnership (PPP) Transportation Projects c) Amount in United States dollars committed to Public Private Partnership (PPP) for Solid Waste Projects |
