Other information | Purpose of this index is to measure the changes of the green vegetation in mountain areas. This index value is calculated by Ministry of Forest and Agriculture, according to the methodology and collection tool developed by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). In this first calculation made in 2017, 46 942 measurement points were distributed areally to the mountain area classes. |
