Description of indicator Education expenditure includes spending financed by international transfers to the government. The total of central and local government expenditures, obtained from the central government budget administrative records, is used as the basis, and the international education transfers provided to the government by the World Bank have been added.

Health expenditure refers to all spending for protection, improvement, maintenance, nutrition, and emergency programs aimed at promoting or preserving health.

Social protection expenditure includes all public or private institutions/organizations that provide social protection services.

This indicator expresses the percentage of education and health (general government expenditures), and social protection expenditures in total general government expenditures across all sectors (including health, education, social services, etc.).
